KETENTUAN

Wesel Tidak Berbunga

  1. Hari diskonto dihitung mulai tanggal jual beli ( tanggal pendiskontoan ) sampai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo.
  2. Bulan dihitung menurut hari yang sebenarnya ( menurut kalender ), satu tahun dihitung 260 hari, kecuali dalam soal tertentu.
  3. Diskonto dihitung dari nilai nominal, dan dikurangkan.

Wesel Berbunga

  • Hari dihitung milai tanggal jual beli ( tanggal pendiskontoan ) sampai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo.
  • Bulan dihitung berdasarkan hari sebenarnya (menurut kalender), satu tahun dihitung 360 hari, kecuali ditentukan lain.
  • Diskonto dihitung dari jumlah nominal setelah ditambah bunga.
