Pengertian :

Wesel atau promes yang membebani bunga kepada pihak debitur. Dengan demikian jumlah uang yang diterima oleh pemegang wesel atau promes pada tanggal jatuh tempo adalah sebesar nilai nominal ditambah bunga selama jangka waktu yang tercantum dalam wesel atau promes.
